What K-Pop Demon Hunters Can Teach Us About Living An Authentic, Spiritually Connected Life!

 Sometimes Spirit shows up in the most unexpected ways. Not just in meditation, prayer, or sacred texts — but through the radio, a conversation with a friend, or even a pop song that your kid might play on repeat.

Like many others households – Netflix's hit movie KPOP Demon Hunters had infiltrated my life whether I liked it or not. My daughter watched the movie endlessly and played the soundtrack in the car on repeat – so much so that I had limited the number of times she could play the songs in a row! 

After weeks of being woken up with the song Golden playing in my head - I finally stopped and listened to the lyrics and heard the message that Spirit had been trying to get through to me (funny how that happens). At its core, the song Golden is about letting others see your true, authentic self — the parts of you that you may have hidden deep away because you were ashamed of them, so you can finally step into your power and purpose.

That invitation feels just like a message our Spirit Partners would whisper to us:

It’s safe to be you. It’s time to shine. 

The Message of Golden
The song carries a reminder many of us need:

• Don’t hide your light.
• Don’t diminish your brilliance to fit in, keep the peace, or avoid judgment.
• The world doesn’t need another mask — it needs your authentic self.

When we let go of fear and allow ourselves to be seen as we truly are, we not only free ourselves, we give permission for others to do the same.

 This is where Spirit stepped in for me — because once I paid attention, the message of Golden instantly brought forward a combination of archangels - what I am calling a Spirit Team - that holds this exact frequency.

She helps us speak our truth clearly, share our voice with confidence, and bring our creative visions to life. Gabriel is the gentle nudge that says, “Your words matter. Your presence matters. Step up and let yourself be heard.”

Together, Ariel and Gabriel form a Spirit Team of Authentic Expression — supporting you as you reveal your light, find your voice, and step into the world as your truest self.

Spirit Speaks Everywhere

When you hear a lyric that stops you in your tracks (or haunts you until you actually listen) — pause and really take note of it. That might be your Spirit Partners speaking to you in a way they can get the message through (once we stop and listen!). Messages of encouragement, healing, and alignment aren’t limited to spiritual spaces. They flow through life, reminding you that you are never alone and always guided. This is what I mean by living a consciously connected life – one where you are able to recognize the signs and messages from Spirit that will help you along your journey!
