When youâre feeling stuck, it can be hard to know where to begin. You may have been thinking about the same situation for so long that every option seems to lead back to the same questions.
Sometimes we know something needs to change but arenât sure what we want instead. Other times, we know what we want but canât see how to make it happen.
Either way, feeling stuck doesnât mean there isnât a way forward. Sometimes we just need a different way of looking at where we are before we can begin to see what might come next.
The tools on this page are designed to help you create a little space around what youâre experiencing, explore what you really want, and begin seeing possibilities that may not have been visible before.
A New Perspective
You don't have to know exactly how to get there.

One of the easiest ways to stay stuck is to start asking how before weâve given ourselves permission to really consider what we want.
We think of something weâd like to change, try or create, and almost immediately begin thinking about everything that would need to happen to make it possible.
Those may eventually be important things to consider. But when we focus on them too soon, they can shut down possibilities before weâve had a chance to explore them.
You donât need to know the entire path before you choose a direction.
