When something significant changes in your life, it can be tempting to immediately start thinking about what needs to come next.
The change may be something you chose, something you hoped for, or something that happened beyond your control. Even changes we welcome can bring uncertainty as we adjust to what is different and what it may mean for our lives.
Before you make decisions about where you go from here, it can be helpful to ground yourself in where you are right now.
You donât have to figure out everything that comes next today.
The tools on this page are designed to help you feel more grounded in the present moment, adjust to what has changed, and begin considering what you need as you move forward.
A New Perspective
You donât need a map. You need a way to orient yourself.

When something significant changes, itâs natural to start looking for a plan, an answer, or some reassurance about what comes next.
But before deciding where youâre going, take some time to understand where you are now.
Give yourself time to adjust to what has changed and notice what remains important to you. What you need today may be very different from what you need a month or six months from now.
You donât have to make decisions today based on where you think youâll be six months from now. Ground yourself in the present first. From there, you may begin to see more clearly what comes next.

 A Spiritual Perspective
When you're navigating significant change, it can help to connect with qualities like support through endings and transition, release of what has been, protection, courage, strength, and trust in moving forward.
If youâre interested in exploring working with Spirit Teams, a Spirit Team that could support you through significant change is Archangel Azrael & Archangel Michael. Azrael brings comfort and grace as you as you move through this time of transition, while Michael brings strength and courage as you step into whatâs next, together helping you feel both supported and steady as life shifts around you.
A Message from this spirit team
"You are allowed to release what no longer fits, and step forward comforted, protected, and supported into what's next."
